RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to execute precision machining tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Document production activities, including machine settings, tooling changes, and quality checks.
• Continuously update knowledge of CNC technology and machining techniques.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Relevant trade qualification related to job/position.
• Proven 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Computer / IT skills.
• Intermediate (B1) English Level.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
