We are seeking a skilled and experienced Control Panel Technician to join our production team. The
ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in the end-to-end wiring, testing, and
troubleshooting of industrial control panels, with specific expertise in PLC systems, 4-20mA analog
loops, and field instrumentation wiring. You must be proficient in reading complex electrical
drawings and adhering to international quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Control Panel Assembly & Wiring:
o Perform complete mechanical assembly of panels (enclosures, DIN rails, ducts,
grounding).
o Mount various components including PLCs , DIN rail modules, drives, MCCBs, relays,
transformers, and power supplies.
o Execute neat, logical, and accurate point-to-point wiring as per schematic diagrams.

2. Control System Wiring (Hands-On Mandatory):
o PLC I/O Wiring: Terminate digital (DI/DO) and analog (AI/AO) modules correctly,
understanding the difference between Sinking and Sourcing configurations.
o 4-20mA Loop Wiring: Demonstrate correct wiring practices for 2-wire and 4-wire
transmitters, including knowledge of loop power supplies and signal isolation.
o Field Instrumentation: Wire devices from field junction boxes to panel terminals
(e.g., RTDs, Thermocouples, Pressure Transmitters, Level Switches, Flow Meters).

3. Diagram Reading & Interpretation:
o Read and interpret complex GA (General Arrangement) drawings, Schematic
diagrams, Wiring diagrams, Loop diagrams, and Interconnection drawings without
supervision.
o Identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual build requirements.
4. Testing & Troubleshooting:
o Perform pre-power checks: continuity, meggering.
o Calibrate and test 4-20mA loops using a precision multi-meter and loop calibrator.
o Troubleshoot wiring errors, short circuits, open circuits, and ground faults efficiently.
o Assist in PLC I/O forcing and loop checking during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).

5. Must-Have Technical Skills:
o In-depth practical knowledge of 4-20mA analog signal wiring and troubleshooting.
o Experience in wiring field instruments from junction boxes to panels.
o Expert-level ability to read and interpret electrical drawings independently.
o Proficiency with hand tools, screwdrivers, crimping tools, wire ferrule tools, and

6. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, ability to work independently
and in a team.

7. Education: ITI (Electrician/Electronics) / Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation)
is highly preferred.

8. Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in control panel wiring
and testing
