Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and apply the plant safety standards and be familiar with plant potential hazardous.
- Understand and apply standard maintenance procedure when performing the job.
- Carryout prevent maintenance task according to the P Preventive maintenance procedure.
- Use all workshop test equipment with care and respect.
- Always maintain good housekeeping in working area.
- Able to troubleshoot and repair plant instrument problems ‘Pneumatics and Electronics’.
- Able to perform calibration for all plant equipment according to ISO standard.
- Should be able to overhaul and repair of plant instruments such as ‘Control valves, Controllers, Transmitter, etc.
- Read and understand instrument loop drawings and P.I.Ds.
- Able to tune field controllers, adjustment P.I.D setting and tune the loop.
- Experience in trouble shooting combustion control loops, steam boilers/furnaces
- Carryout testing safety critical device/systems according to the safety critical procedure.
- Should have Work permit receiver as per SADARA work permit system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of English language. Speak, read and writes Graduate 2 years diploma Industrial Trade training certificate from recognized institution.
- Experience certificate from process and Construction Company.
- Minimum 06+ year work experience as Mechanical Technician in refinery or petrochemical plant.
