Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and defects in HVAC systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Test HVAC systems and components for proper functioning and performance
- Interact with customers to provide information on HVAC system use and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Attend training sessions to keep up-to-date with new technologies and techniques
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors as needed
- Provide on-call support for emergency repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC training program
- HVAC certification
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Experience with a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
