Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install equipment, machinery, wiring, and software to meet precise specifications.
- Train and guide team members on installation techniques.
- Use logical problem-solving to evaluate alternative solutions and select the best approach.
- Determine the necessary tools and balance costs and benefits for each job.
- Listen actively, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively for yourself and your team.
- Identify and resolve operational errors and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
- Motivate and direct team members while resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of mechanical installation experience, including a lead or supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of mechanical codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
