Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat vision problems.
  • Prescribe and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
  • Provide pre and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries.
  • Diagnose and treat eye diseases and conditions.
  • Educate patients on proper eye care and preventive measures.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry and incorporate them into practice.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have MOH license
  • Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Optometrist.
  • Experience working in a similar role in a MOH setting.
  • Strong technical skills in performing eye examinations and using diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
