Job Overview: We are Hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer with 1-2 years of relevant
experience and a B.E.in EEE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting engineering
projects, ensuring design efficiency, and contributing to the development of our products. Strong
technical acumen coupled with excellent communication skills is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and test electrical components, equipment, and systems including power
distribution systems, control panels, and motor control centers (MCC).
· Create and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD or similar
tools.
· Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications (e.g., cable sizing, load flow,
short-circuit analysis).
· Support procurement by providing technicalspecifications for electrical components.
· Assist in project management activities, including planning, coordination, and timely execution of
tasks.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the shop floor or at project sites.
· Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards (IE Rules, IEC, IEEE) and safety
regulations.
· Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams, demonstrating strong professional communication.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
· Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant electrical engineering role (e.g.,
design, project execution, testing).
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interact
confidently with team members, management, and vendors.
