Our company is looking for a Landscape Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping workers
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard
• Train new workers and provide ongoing training to existing employees
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for landscaping projects
• Provide estimates for landscaping jobs and work with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by landscaping workers
• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and within budget constraints

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of plant materials;
• Ability to organize a fast-paced schedule;
• 3 Years work experience.
• Must be energetic, self-motivated, and thoroughly organized;
• Knowledge of Skid Steer and related installation equipment;
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record;
• Ability to manage crews and contractors;
• E-Verify, background, and/or drug screening will be required;
• Ability to interpret plot plans and landscape plans;
• Hardscape installation experience is required;
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as a skid loader;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of trees, landscape plants, annuals, perennials, and horticultural practices;
• Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving record;
• Ability to obtain CDL;
• Experience in utilizing landscape power tools such as air spade, soil vac, and chain saw.
