Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Oversee project execution and ensure timely completion.
– Manage contracts and liaise with stakeholders.
– Prepare and review shop drawings.
– Record measurements and prepare bills.
– Handle necessary documentation and obtain statutory approvals.
– Prepare revised estimates and conduct quality inspections.
– Estimate material requirements and manage purchases.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, or related engineering field.
– 3+ years of relevant experience in MEP projects.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools.
