Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Analysis: Lead requirements gathering and analysis for complex projects, including ERP implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • ERP Implementation: Provide business analysis support for ERP system implementations such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce. Work closely with technical teams to ensure ERP solutions are aligned with business processes and goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Power BI to create interactive reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics. Analyze data to support business decisions and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Automation & Process Optimization: Leverage Power Automate to automate business processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort across the organization.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the development and execution of IT Digital Strategy, ensuring technology solutions, including ERP systems, support business transformation and growth.
  • Presentation and Communication: Develop compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate analysis, findings, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Excel Mastery: Use Excel for advanced data analysis, including complex functions, pivot tables, and data modeling to support decision-making and reporting processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of business operations and IT solutions. At least 2-3 years of experience in ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Power BI: Strong proficiency in Power BI for building reports, dashboards, and analyzing business data.
  • Power Automate: Experience in creating and managing workflows and automating processes using Power Automate.
  • Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • PowerPoint: Ability to create clear, engaging presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Business Analysis: Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • ERP Systems: Practical experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce, including involvement in their implementation, configuration, and integration with business processes.
  • IT Digital Strategy: Knowledge of IT digital strategy and how to align technology solutions, including ERP systems, with business goals.
  • BA Tools: Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for documenting requirements, managing tasks, and tracking progress.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

 

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Familiarity with additional ERP modules or integrations beyond SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is a plus.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAP, Oracle) are a plus.
