Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Develop, review, and present comprehensive Project Execution Plans detailing planning,
scoping, budgeting, risks, quality, and schedule requirements.
o Ensure the project scope, schedule, and cost are clearly defined, prepared, and closely
coordinated while being consistently monitored and controlled.
o Represent project management interests on-site, focusing on safety, security, cost
optimization, and schedule adherence.
o Collaborate with the procurement team during the contractual process and negotiations
with contractors and third parties. Oversee vendor relationships and serve as the focal
point for assembling engineering packages.
o Conduct regular meetings and prepare reports to provide project updates. Evaluate
contractor performance regularly and address performance issues effectively.
o Identify and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring
adherence to proper change control processes. Collaborate with the finance team to
efficiently track project payments.
o Oversee project close-out activities, including handing over documentation to the
operations team and documenting key challenges in the Project Closure Report.
o Lead the development and implementation of master plans for building space
management, including workspace layout, office planning, design, and renovation projects
in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Review engineering design packages for tenant facilities and provide technical feedback to
ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
o Conduct assessments of existing facilities and develop improvement plans to address gaps
in safety standards, asset reliability, and workspace environment.
o Propose improvements and innovative ideas for work processes and designs to enhance
schedules or reduce costs.
o Promote effective communication and collaboration among project team members,
stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Perform any additional job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or
manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Essential: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
o A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in a project role within the commercial
building or a related field, with at least 7 years of construction site-based experience.
o Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification are preferred.
o Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., Autodesk, MS Project).
