Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and activities to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
- Monitor food preparation, portioning, and packaging according to company guidelines.
- Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed, in compliance with local food safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
- Assist in staff training, performance monitoring, and resolving operational issues.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and report any malfunctions.
- Work closely with chefs and management to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory role within a central kitchen or large-scale food production unit.
- Education: Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge: HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
