RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials, focusing on sheet metal and other necessary components.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
• Manage purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of finished products.
• Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance overall performance and reduce lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure optimal inventory management.
• Implement and maintain a robust tracking system for all incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions, delays, or shortages.
• Conduct cost analysis and budget forecasting to support financial planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving procurement and supply chain efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Local sourcing expertise of Industrial products
• Expert in MS Office
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
