In order to be eligible for a Refund or Exchange, make sure the following conditions are met for your refund request :

 

    • In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the paid product of employer package within 7 days of your purchase. If the package is used within any way , or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

    • If you want to ask for a refund, You must have the receipt or proof of employer package purchase.

 

    • To initiate a refund or exchange, you must tell your reason of package cancellation.

 

    • If you want exchange your employer package, you should pay extra cost as per the price of employer packages.

 

    • Your refund request will be processed and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-10 working days.
