RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, creating accurate monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for purchase orders, stock transfers, and deliveries.
• Confirm the Received stock is matching with the ordered.
• Keep detailed records of all inventory transactions and movements, including pricing, purchases and movements among warehouses and locations.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Updating stock information on the computer system
• Implementing and developing inventory control procedures and practices.
• Perform a daily compilation of the existing stock and raise stock discrepancies.
• Will need to support in inventory entry process interchangeably.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or related role
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, Zoho Inventory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Inventory control strategy and best practices
• Data analysis and reporting
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Negotiation and vendor management
• Inventory management software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, etc ..)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, word, etc..).
