Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the monthly target of the installation of all elevators and escalators in the assigned area.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Inform the senior engineer about spares and tools requirements for the projects in hand.

• Coordinate with the line manager for the site progress and requirements.

• Ensure punctual attendance of technicians at the site as scheduled.

• Follow the safety practices and procedures at the site.

• Ensure proper Installation of all units in assigned areas.

• Responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning, and handover to the customer and maintenance team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years in elevator installation, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of elevator components, systems, and industry standards.

• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team and lead a group of technicians.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
