RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company regulations.
• Managing the store layout includes dry and cold storage.
• Monitoring the stock level and maintaining a relevant records.
• Receiving, loading, and shelving all supplies.
• Having Experience in inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damage.
• Reporting damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement.
• Rotating stock and disposing of surplus and expired quantities.
• Ensuring organized allocation of inventory placed in the warehouse and store.
• Cross-verifying the report at the end of each week/month.
• Ensuring proper completion of documentation.
• Manage data for inventory.
• Performing Factory-related tasks such as packaging, labeling, and pricing goods.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in logistics or inventory management is a plus).
• Minimum of 3+ years in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role. Experience with labeling systems is an advantage.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move goods as required (reasonable weight limits).
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in labeling and inventory documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of multitasking and prioritizing work efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
