Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accurately input, update, and maintain financial data in the accounting system.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining ledgers.
• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the accounting team with administrative tasks, financial reporting, and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience with inventory record-keeping and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
